No Two Classes Are Ever the Same

Our 30 minute programme uses functional exercises designed to help you move, look and feel your best!
These classes are programmed and led by qualified Coaches who keep you continuously improving and getting results. These high intensity express sessions increase your fitness without the use of heavy barbells or high level skills. Up to 6 sessions per week to choose from;

Monday Wednesday Thursday  7:30-8:00 pm
Monday Wednesday Friday 6:00-6:30 am
Price: 35$ per week for unlimited Fit30 Classes
